Lynn McDonald is our Nursing Home Manager and started with us in 2020. She worked as our Deputy Manager and in April 2021 became our Manager at Isle View Nursing Home.
Lynn qualified as a registered general nurse in 1989 and her career has been solely in care of older people. Lynn has over 25 years experience in Older People’s services including Care Home management, before starting her own Care at Home business.
She moved to the Highlands for the beautiful countryside and to spend more time with her dogs.

Moddy Thomas is our Financial and Administrative Manager at Isle View and started with us in October 2023.
Moddy has over 15 years’ experience in Accounting and Finance, working in different industries, including the Private sector, Education and Health. She has held leading roles, is open minded, enjoys learning and bringing a difference.
She is a proud wife and mother of 5 kind-hearted children. Moddy is passionate for God, family, and people in general. She recently relocated to Scotland with her family from South Africa.
